The Clawfoot Bathtub
But I picked up this Antique Clawfoot Tub in Redwood city Today. The Porcelain inside the tub is in Great Shape. The outside of the tub will need to be refinished, but the inside is in excellent condition.
This old cast iron tub is a Shasta 5ft model made by Pacific in the Richmond foundry. Actual model number is 524D23. It is 5ft by 30.5"wide and 22.5"deep (outside dimensions). Inside you get a nice 54" by 24" by 18" deep soaker!
This is how it was in the guy's Front Yard, from where I bought it.
After we Stuck it in the Back of the 4runner. (fit was perfect)
Markings on the back of the tub.
Original Brass drain was still attached.
