Ok, here is the latest from the engineer, and the plans have been completed. Now, they are off to the Structural engineer for the California Stamp. After we receive the Stamp, we can submit to the county of Kern for final approval, then we are off and Running. the next step after the county approves them is to have the Log Builder MILL THE LOGS. While the logs are being built, the Contractor will be laying up the Foundation. One problem we have now, the ground is frozen right now at the site. More into that later.
